Steve is an experienced executive who has extensive line management and strategy and business development experience in major publicly quoted companies across a variety of industries and in multiple geographies.
Steve was Executive General Manager, Strategy and Business Development for BlueScope Steel Ltd for five years, where he was responsible for the strategic planning process for the Group and led a number of new business development initiatives in Asia and North America. Prior to this, he was Executive General Manager, Customer Service for Qantas Airways Ltd where he led a significant structural cost reduction programme whilst maintaining customer service at a time of extreme turbulence. Before being promoted to this role, Steve was Executive General Manager, Strategic Planning for Qantas where, amongst other projects, he led the regional expansion of the carrier in the Asian region and participated in the fleet replacement strategy. Steve came to Australia in 1995 to head up the Corporate Development group for TNT Ltd, where his primary responsibility was assisting in the development of a new Corporate Strategy which ultimately culminated in the acquisition of TNT Ltd by KPN BV in 1987. He then took up responsibility as Managing Director for the TNT Logistics Asia, where he restructured the business to put it on a sustainable growth platform. He had strategy and business development roles at Bass PLC and the LEK Partnership in London England. With Qantas and as an independent consultant in the aviation sector, Steve has led a number of projects involving development of an offshore greenfield Asian-based carrier, exploratory talks on joint venturing with incumbent carriers in the region, development of a low cost long haul carrier, general aviation development in the Middle East, South Asia airline turnaround, due diligence of a travel management company and an airport services company acquisition in North Asia. Before completing his MBA, Steve worked as an engineer at Det Norske Veritas in Oslo Norway. He received his MBA with Distinction from INSEAD at Fontainebleau France in June 1987 and his BASc Engineering Science in 1981 from the University of Toronto. |

Chris is a senior executive with more than 20 years experience in leading business strategy, development and improvement, large scale infrastructure management for Qantas Airways. His roles in areas of Group Strategy, Airline Operations, Marketing, Purchasing and Engineering, have seen Chris develop and lead significant business projects to successful completion.
Key skills have included improving productivity through planning, design, delivery and asset management; redefining large scale product and service programs; managing diverse stakeholders and understanding infrastructure pricing. In his most recent role as Group General Manager Strategy & Business Development, he was responsible for improving the efficiency of the airline's flight training business, defining infrastructure masterplans including cost and management of over US$1 billion in airport assets. He was previously involved in landmark projects such as the international expansion of the airline's low cost subsidiary, implementation of the new business class product and development of the A380 product and service strategy. Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Sydney, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and has completed a leadership program at the Harvard Business School. |

Andrew recently completed a 6 year contract as Regional Vice President Asia/Pacific for the International Air Transport Association (IATA) based in Singapore. He was also Chairman of IATA India Private Ltd. with offices in Mumbai and Delhi.
Since leaving IATA he has completed a study for the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) on liberalization of air services in the region, coordinated the Royal Aeronautical Society's response to the Australian Government White Paper on Aviation and compiled a policy paper on Aviation and the Environment. Andrew was Managing Director and CEO of the national carrier of Fiji, Air Pacific, for 10 years, during a period of major strategic growth and profitability. He has also successfully held positions as CEO of Fiji based Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd; CEO of tour wholesaler Tapa Tours; MD of Australia's Captain Cook Cruises Ltd. and CEO of Australian publicly listed Hazelton Airlines. Andrew served for many years on the Board of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), as PATA Chairman in 1996/97 and is a life member of the Association. He has served on the Board of IATA, as Chairman of IATA's Committee on Human Resources, Chairman of the Association of South Pacific Airlines and as a Director of the Regional Airlines Association of Australia. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a former student of the Harvard Business School where he completed the Advanced Management Program in 1986. |

Craig is a seasoned real estate investment professional with over 30 years experience in banking, finance and real estate funds investment and management.
As CFO for Lend Lease's $400 million prime regional Penrith Plaza redevelopment, Craig gained extensive property development. He also delivered the Parkmore Shopping Centre (a sub regional centre) through the final stage of redevelopment. At Lend Lease and subsequent groups, he has worked on many large acquisitions, and has started a number of funds management enterprises either as principal, or in a consultant capacity. Craig been the Head of Property for a large listed financial group with overall responsibility for around 40 managed investment vehicles, and was fundamental in the listing of two property vehicles on the Australian Stock Exchange. Most recently, Craig was the Australian Director for a global fund management business based in London, Rutley Capital Partners, and was involved in establishing fund operations and raising capital for the various ventures. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business (UTS Sydney), GMQ (UNSW) and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. |

Jana Bowgerald |

Jana started her career in facilities planning and construction management, working for large clients such as the Australian Department of Defense. She then took up a role with Qantas Airways as Manager Airport Development, where her responsibilities included airport masterplanning and terminal re-development across all Qantas' domestic ports (owned and leased).
She then went on to work within the Qantas Sales & Distribution business in a change leadership role delivering a suite of programs that reduced airline costs of sale by over $150 million per annum. Most recently Jana was the General Manager of the Sustainable Future Program at Qantas, a program that has removed over $3 billion of cost from the organisation's profit and loss. Jana has extensive experience in strategic planning, facilities planning, design and problem solving workshops, conducting critical root cause analysis, project and program management, and the implementation and execution of change management programs. Jana has a Bachelor of Building degree in Construction Economics from UTS and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Management from AGSM. She is currently completing her Executive MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management. |
