This unique campus will provide convenient access to a wide range of aviation disciplines within a single location, with world class facilities. To achieve these goals, our design and training philosophy pays careful attention to the following:
Quality
Each of the training academies on the campus will be operated by the leading providers in their respective fields, with a focus on establishing quality benchmarks that are unequalled elsewhere. CAPA AeroPark will provide state-of-the-art engineering and flight training facilities, aircraft and ATC simulators, classrooms and high quality infrastructure including accommodation, social and recreational amenities.
Identity
The facility expresses in its buildings and various support facilities, attention to detail and fit for purpose specification to create a facility students, staff and training organisations will be proud to be associated with. Landmark buildings, landscaped spaces and state-of-the-art technologies will provide an identity of international standard whilst achieving a “sense of place” suited to India’s culture and climate.
Proximity
All elements of CAPA AeroPark have been designed to be functionally related, easy to access and set out in a logical manner. This encourages interaction between students and staff, and makes for a stress-free, pleasant and easily understandable campus layout for everyday users and visitors alike. The campus will be located near a metropolitan airport.
Flexibility
Because aviation is a continually evolving, dynamic industry, our facilities have been designed to be flexible in terms of uses and also able to accommodate change in equipment and technologies. This will enable the CAPA AeroPark to continue to be at the forefront of technological developments and teaching into the future. The Master Plan provides for a staged development.
Amenity & Security
CAPA AeroPark seeks to create a pleasant environment in which to learn, live and work. It provides a secure training facility, which also caters to the recreational and social needs of its students. This will ensure maximum potential to learn and grow on a healthy and stimulating campus.

CAPA AeroPark recognises the central importance of safety to aviation operations. It is therefore appropriate that the highest standards of safety have been incorporated into its learning environments. Students and staff can be confident that best practice has been applied across all elements from residential, entertainment and recreation facilities to, of course, learning environments – particularly technical and engineering.
Environmental, Social and Economic Sustainability
Corporate social responsibility and the very highest environmental standards are a key feature of the CAPA AeroPark. The building design and systems of CAPA AeroPark will provide benchmarks for India in energy conservation, environmental design and material selection. High indoor environment quality and planning efficiency will promote healthy, productive and efficient spaces for learning and living. Low energy technologies will reduce the campus carbon footprint demonstrating an international standard of corporate social responsibility. CAPA AeroPark is also designed to incorporate a Research Centre for Aviation and the Environment.
Cost Effectiveness
Buildings and facilities at CAPA AeroPark are designed to an international standard whilst providing cost effective rental and low recurrent expenditure to service providers. Buildings are constructed of locally available materials that minimise requirements for maintenance and replacement. Recurrent energy costs are reduced through the use of environmentally sustainable cooling, ventilation and lighting solutions. Facilities are planned in zones to provide operational efficiencies such as the centrally located shared teaching services and entertainment areas.
Universality
CAPA AeroPark recognises that it will attract international enrolments. It has therefore been designed to accommodate and nurture a wide range of multi-cultural and lifestyle requirements to cater for a diverse and vibrant student and staff community.
