CAPA AeroPark is planned around detailed market demand analysis that projects a facility of more than 165 000m2 of building area. This will be complemented by significant green space for recreation, entertainment and sporting uses. A key strategy of the Master Plan is the ability to respond to expanding and changing needs in the future by allowing staged development that does not disrupt the operations of the facility, whilst creating a central hub of activity.
